This charming boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it the perfect base for exploring all the major historical sites. The rooms are beautifully decorated in Ottoman style and offer comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views. The hotel is close to Gulhane Park and within walking distance of the main square and the Bosphorus for boat trips.
Some staff members could improve their customer relations skills.

The hotel is perfect location within walking distance of all the important historical sites in this city. It is in a very nice area, close to all the touristic places. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great. The staff was helpful, kind, and accommodating.

This place is in a perfect location for exploring all the tourist hotspots. It’s right next to the tram stop and walking distance from all the major historical sites. The service is fantastic, from the friendly staff who are always willing to help, to the room service which is available 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Fantastic location near all the main historical attractions and a tram station just a few steps away. Perfect for exploring the city. The staff was amazing, providing us with helpful information and recommendations to make the most of our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the selection of snacks available.
The breakfast in the hotel was not very satisfying, especially if you are a breakfast lover. The area around the hotel felt too touristy and lacked authentic local flair.
